Will you actually get how my business works?
Yes. Every Bloom client starts with a free discovery call and a light-touch onboarding, so we learn how your business really runs before we touch anything. We ask the questions, map out your processes and get to know your tools. Within the first few weeks we stop needing instructions and start spotting what needs doing. That's the difference between a task-taker and proper business support.
I've never outsourced before. What if I'm bad at letting go?
That's completely normal, and most of our clients felt the same. We start small, with one or two tasks you're happy to hand over, and build from there at your pace. You'll always know what's being done and where things live. Letting go gets a lot easier once you see it's in safe hands (and get your evenings back).
Is my business and client data safe with you?
Yes. Bloom is registered with the ICO and handles all data in line with UK GDPR. We're also happy to sign an NDA before we start. Access to your accounts and files is kept to only what's needed, and we work inside your existing systems wherever possible. Your business stays your business, we just help keep it running.
It's only me right now. Is this really for people like me?
Absolutely. Bloom was built for solo business owners and small teams who are carrying too much on their own. You don't need to be a big company to hire a virtual assistant. Our Seed package starts at 10 hours a month, which is often exactly the breathing room a one-woman business needs to grow.
How do I know how much support I actually need?
You don't need to know before you get in touch. That's what the free discovery call is for. We'll talk through what's taking up your time, what's slipping and where you want to be, then recommend a package that fits. Most clients start with 10 or 20 hours a month and adjust as their business grows.
